REFUND POLICY – PRODUCTS

We cannot give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and health and safety reasons.  If there is a fault with the product we can send it back to the manufacturer to review.

REFUND POLICY – SERVICES

If you have received unsatisfactory treatment, please bring it to the attention of the therapist immediately and follow the complaints procedure detailed below.  We DO NOT give refunds on any treatments; however, we will look into your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

It is our objective to ensure that every client is happy with the service they receive at SL Laser & Beauty.

This procedure advises how to bring your concerns to our attention if you are not happy with the service.

We will ensure that all complaints are followed through, documented, and where appropriate, action is taken to prevent reoccurrence.

The quickest and most effective way of resolving any problem is to bring it to our attention immediately.  Please raise your concern with the therapist.  They will listen carefully to your concerns and do what they can to correct any problems; if needed the Manager will be able to assist with any concerns that you have.  All complaints need to be documented in writing or via email: info@sllb.co.uk.  Please provide as many details as possible, including the type of treatment received, date and time of your appointment and the exact nature of your complaint.

Your complaint will be reviewed and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours. This will be dealt with during office working hours.

TREATMENT COURSES

All treatments can be purchased in courses of 6 (pay for 5 get the 6th free), however the full amount must be paid at the beginning of the course.

Course are non- refundable and non exchangeable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give us 24 HOURS NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  For any cancellation on the day or No Shows, you will incur a minimum charge of £5.00 or a 10% charge based on the cost of the treatment whichever is the greater. Clients on courses will lose a session from their course.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be purchased from the salon. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

SUNBEDS

Clients under 18 years old are not permitted to use the sunbeds.  It is the client’s sole responsibility to advise us of any medical or skin issues before using the sunbeds or any sun tan creams. We regret that we will be unable to take responsibility for any allergic reaction arising from or related to the use of sunbed creams.  Clients are advised to use sunbeds a maximum of 2 times a week only.  Any unused minutes will not be refunded or exchanged for other treatments.

GENERAL

Clients under 16 years of age will need a parent or guardian present or parental consent for any treatment to be carried out.

It is the clients responsibility to inform the therapist of any pregnancy, medical conditions and new medication prior to the treatment where deemed necessary.

Please do not consume alcohol before your treatment.

Any unacceptable conduct towards therapist will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to discontinue your treatment without any refund.  You may also be banned from future treatments.

All pricing and information is correct at the time of printing/publishing and is subject to change without notice.

We are closed on bank holidays.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
